Subject: State of the City of Kelowna

Attention: an announcement to let everyone know that the City Of Kelowna is in great despair.

Large numbers of homes have burned, making people homeless. Now with all rental accommodation being filled, there is homelessness running rampant thorough the city.

The forests have burned leaving no wood to rebuild our city and no resources for our men to employ themselves with.

Additionally our railroad has burnt. The Kettle Valley Rail Road is not able to refinance the rebuilding of the necessary rail road bridges that burnt in the great fire of 2003 and thus has left our community isolated. Now the only access to the city is by air, boat or buy an old land route that was first established over a century ago.

The City of Kelowna needs your help now. Please do not come to Kelowna. You help is needed but you will only burden our weakened infrastructure.

Please send cash, make it out to the City of Kelowna.
