Subject: 高級工程監工晉升

今次高級工程監工晉升是否有不公的地方呢!有總物業主任力撐自己伙計……….。我們怎樣去比較staff file才算得上公道呢!
1. 我們的同事和保養同事同樣地得到同一級別評級,(保養同事只是在一處所謂重要物業聽接orders,由於歷史問題,大部份維修都是由新樓同事跟進)署方怎樣定位比較。
2. 今次的promotion board,四個委員當中包括兩名當事人的直屬老闆,SPSM/Central, P&ML and Wanchai and CPO/ Central, P&ML and Wanchai , 這會否對其他同事不公平呢!
3. 有總物業主任力撐自己伙計……….。有人說這個總主任恩怨分明。對他同屬保養組的兒子有過節的、不買他的帳的,他會打擊這些同事。
相反,他會力撐。
他的力撐又是否公正呢!

今天老闆說要看空缺是否適合晉升者來選,明顯管理層就是按喜好做事。
