Btw, when are you gonna put a picture of your kid on this website or something? That'd probably be sweet. Ok, cya...

So... -- Kirstin Clenney, 06:33:18 02/09/06 Thu
Hello, hello. I've continuously asked Brett to extend to you a greeting from moi...and he has continuously failed. So, in one of my more brilliant moments, I suddenly remembered you had a webpage. As a result, I am now extending my greeting (and congrats) via the Web. Ah, technology. Also, I've heard through the grapevine that Economics this year is without the actual Econ books--all due to the sudden surge in CHS students' economical interests, I'm sure. They have no idea what they're missing, and I'm sure that the shortage (or is it scarcity?) is driving you mad. Ciao.

I'm finishing a paper right now, but in one of my uncontrollable spasms where I instantly lose focus (I blame TV) I thought of CHS and I figured I oughta post this. Check this site out, I didn't find it myself but it's a great exhibit of the power of the internet to attract a niche market, though they don't actually sell anything here. Maybe for econ you should have the option for a business webpage as a project? http://www.beedogs.com/
P.S. It's clean as far as I can tell, and it shows exactly what it sounds like, but only sort of

dude schusky, im lovin the idea of a reading day, i mean really i love to read in school. i thnk this will not only improve scores but also give us students a chance to ask questions and get clarification on certain words and phrases that would normally be forgotten or put aside as not important. also as i was saying in class the first test was sort of a challenge because of terms, the chinese lady, and to tell you the truth i had no idea what to study, i studied the outline you gave us of the chapter and your notes you gave us and yet it never occured to me that just reading the text, though it is almost impossible to without clarification, would benefeit me just as much. well im just rambling on now so ima be out, yo peace g-skillz

Ill show you where the parties are at, I mean, we are already old pals. (see Manderscheid party pictures). Seriously though, thank you for the prep for all the reading that is required for school, its actually ridiculous. Great job of preparing, keep doin what you do. When the time comes to return to Collinsville, I will seek you out and discuss the liberal heaven that is ann arbor. (Told that it is the northern version of Berkeley). Godspeed.

I can't believe this -- James Curtis, 18:09:07 08/20/05 Sat
Wow, I cannot believe this Mr. Schusky. Or should I say Mark? I didn't really expect to wander back to this website one day and find that I absolutely was the last person to comment on it. Do you ever check this? Do you tell people about it? Come on, get your name out there! Discreetly of course, you don't have to be an "the world revolves around me anti-Kepler/Copernicus kinda guy", not that you are. Those people have enough to worry about. Anyways, yeah that was me, back in the day, using my pseudonym 'Quincy Jones', just razzin' ya before AP tests and stuff. How're things going now that school has started up again? Now that you've got a new crop of freshly inaugurated little devils ready to learn everything you could possibly care to teach them? Even how to trim a mean toenail, I'm sure! Yeah I'm at Mizzou right now, just chillin' pretty much, meeting people, doing stuff. I'm ready for class to start honestly though, It's good to get in a routine. So yeah just write me back at my email address I guess, and feel free to share it with any teachers if the topic of former students ever comes up. I appreciate any input or advice my former mentors have to offer me lol. Cya around sir, stay sharp...

"Tyson & Combs," that certainly sounds like a law firm, doesn't it though? Maybe you guys should think about that... Regardless, thanks to both of you for your messages. Always good to hear from alum! Things are -- shockingly -- mostly the same in this little neck o' the woods. Hard to believe, I know... CHS does have some exciting building projects going on, and some other assorted changes are happening. But, mostly, this place is like a rock. Unchanging, rather hard, mossy in parts, difficult to stop once it gets rolling (downhill, anyway), and rather pleasant to sit on. For a while...
Tyson, travel writing sounds wonderful, I've thought about it myself from time to time. I wish you (and Brandon) luck in whatever you find yourselves doing, of course. Stop by if you're in town, I'd love to hear stories.

Dear Mr. Schusky, I ran out of things to do in Night School, so I thought your web-page would enlighten us. My class was most inspired! Thanks for setting the C.H.S. standards so high. Sincerely, Ms. Lindauer

To flash, or not to flash -- Mr. Schusky, 14:58:36 05/18/03 Sun
Please note that my web page(s) are decidedly light on graphics of any kind, and in particular, lack needlessly byte-heavy things like flash, applets, java, or any of the other numerous bits of techno-wizardry I don't understand, and my ancient computer doesn't support. It shall remain that way.

Schusky, you said no one would come to your site, I did! (only to get homework, BLAH) I was #53 to visit so I take it others came to get homework also. That or you came to it 52 times. Haha
