(zoo staff? Ehh...I'm sorry, but if you don't want to adopt them out to me for whatever reason, that's fine. You're playing both girls, right? If you don't want them to go to NRM because of issues with the staff and/or boarders, just say so. Tell JP the girls need to go to a home with a mother or something. Tell him foreigners can't adopt. Because if bringing them to NRM is going to continue the issues that are apparently going on, it would be better for everyone if the girls went elsewhere.
