The young 5 year old stallion runs into the clearing banging his hooves excitedly. Now, he gets excited alot,but today, he was so happy and joyful that he started alitlle dance. Yesirie,young Blue with his gleaming chestnut coat sure was happy. That young quarter horse got in alittle trouble but for the benifit of it. Somehow, he got into a fight with the lead stallion...and guess what? The lead stallion laydown and died off of eating poison! And, Blue even told him it was poison but NO!He didn't listen. Of course, Blue only had one little crooked shaped star on his fore head. Looked sorta lika sea horse with a really long nose! Boy, he is the funniest and jolliest horse i've ever known!

Mist swirls and clouds cover the sun in a matter of minutes. The world goes deathly silent and the pounding, thundering of hooves is heard. The sounds incerases in volume and speed until pebbles leap from the ground as they near.
Massive black shire-beast in front rears and comes down. The ground shatters where his hooves hit and he shrieks a whinny that is nearly ear-splitting. Ears flick back as scent of others reach him.
He is the untouched, the untainted. No human has ever touched him, and none ever will. Born on a farm under the light of the full moon, his parents were both albinos. The owner was hoping for an albino filly, but the beast that arose from the mare was not even equine. Demon shrouded in blackest pelt of horse, man was startled. Creature was evil and slayed stallion, it's father and escaped into the night. Mists swirl and life shakes when Nightbrood nears. He is the Night, he is the Mist, he is Hate, and he is King of them All.




Black and white shire stallion halts behind Nightbrood a good few paces. He lowers his head in a slight bow to the older stallion. He is afraid. Afraid of Nightbrood, afraid for his colt, afraid for his life. He lives because Windsong loves him, and nothing more.




Albino mare canters and stops slightly in front of and to the side of Diamond. She watches her half-brother, Nightbrood, with interest. She was born after him and is the filly of the white mare that was his mother. She is what the farmer wanted as a filly, but her brother had the Wind steal her heart, and so she runs forever,chasing the wind that stole her heart. She is Windsong, the one cold as ice for she has no heart.



Colt prances between his mother and father and comes to stand beside Nightbrood. He is black, but if you continue to look at him, he is mahogany. And again, he is almost red, then black again. He is the Fire and the Wind, the ever-burning light in the darkness of hate. He nickers and nips Nightbrood's foreleg playfully.



Nightbrood turns and takes in Twister's scent in a deep snort. He nips the colt's mane in slight affection and returns to his gazing straight ahead.
