October 10th:


Deadline to enter the National Calendar Cover Contest

You won't win if you don't enter

Deadline to have your photo appear in the Calendar

Deadline for all Calendar Ad Sales



October 17th:

Hotel Room Block expires and any rooms left in the
block will go back into the inventory
There is a UT Home Ballgame in the area that weekend and
all Hotels are expected to sell out so make your reservations now

October 20th:

Deadline for all Ticket Sales to be turned in

November 16th - 18th:
