“WV GHOULS AND GOBLINS 2007”

A FUNDRAISING PAGEANT FOR ROBIN MCLAUGHLIN

October 13, 2007
Sutton Community Building
Entry Fee of $40
Registration begins at 12:00 p.m.
Pageant begins at 1:00 p.m.

Each age division will compete in the following categories:
Pageant attire
Halloween costume

AGE DIVISIONS

Infant Miss 0 – 11 months
Baby Miss 12 – 23 months
Toddler Miss 2 – 3 years
Tiny Miss 4 – 5 years
Little Miss 6 – 7 years
Young Miss 8 – 9 years
Pre-Teen 10 - 12 years
Teen 13 - 15 years
Miss 16 – 18 years

AWARDS WILL BE BASED ON NUMBER OF CONTESTANTS (Max of 40)

(1) Elite Hi-Point Supreme – 5ft trophy, custom sash and tiara
(3) Grand Supremes (0-2, 3-6 and 7 & up) – 4ft trophy, custom sash and tiara
(3) Mini Supremes (0-2, 3-6 and 7 & up) – 3ft trophy, custom sash and tiara
(3) Novice Supremes (0-2, 3-6 and 7 & up) – 2ft trophy, custom sash and tiara
(9) Age Division Queens - trophy, custom sash and tiara

All other contestants will be part of the royalty court – trophy, sash and tiara

Additional awards in each age division for Most Beautiful, Best Halloween Costume and Photogenic (Natural only)

Spooky Princess – contestant who recruits the most contestants
Pumpkin Princess – contestant who has the most fans at pageant
Fan Favorite Award – contestant who has the largest monetary donation in her name (must be the day of pageant)
Miss Boo – contestant who has the first paid entry
Peoples Choice – contestant who receives largest cheer support from crowd
(Spooky Princess, Pumpkin Princess, Fan Favorite, Miss Boo and Peoples Choice will receive a 2ft trophy, custom sash and tiara)

There will be an additional charge of $10 for each of the following categories or $35 for all
Best Dressed, Overall Photogenic, Best Overall Halloween Costume and Pro Am

All contestants are invited to participate in a pumpkin decorating contest – Be Creative
We will be awarding a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy

Deadline for registration is October 1, 2006
No late entries will be accepted!!!
