Its pretty hard to find it alredy in english. But as long as you have the rom (in any language) go to http://www.dejap.com/top.htm and move down to the downloads section and click on the second download option "English Version 1.2 Final".
Then just change the name of the ips file to match the name of the smc file of your rom put them in the same folder and voila it is done!!!!

P.S: could you tell me the name of the site where you got the rom? Just post it here and ill find it!! Thanx!!
