Your probably right, the winter time would be the best time. I was on the school bus which sat up higher and was usually during the winter months. The area was just south of the circle going toward the F.V. Evans School looking southwest over a open meadow at that time. A lot has probably been developed since the 1960's so you might not be able to see anything now. Thank you for sending me the picture of the Mansion on Route 70. That is the Mansion I remembered. Thanks!
