Ed, I don't feel the need to speak for David but didn't want this to sit here all day before he has an opportunity to see it and respond. Again, you have been given bad information. David was not invited to the event at Ronnie's. I was, but chose to not attend. David is also not arrogant enough to make a statement like the one above. That is not why neither of us attended.
