The boerboel you have comes out of a female Koeboe which Ellen Roberts bought pregnant from a South African breeder. Ellen was informed that Koeboe is only registered with the HBSA, all papers on Koeboe and Sire's registration number were sent to Ellen. As Ellen was the new owner of Koeboe and brought the litter into life, she becomes the breeder and is therefore responsible for issuing birth notifications for the pups. We as HBSA cannot be held responsible for breeders lackness.
Everyone, please ensure you get papers when buying a pup or adult boerboel.
