Hey guys, I received dozens of e-mails from my relatives and friends saying that they were not able to vote for Miss Philippines for the Photogenic award because of some technical glitches in the 2001 Miss Universe website, but they were able to vote for other candidates. This pageant is rigged definitely!

Reply: It's not a rumor. In fact, that glitch went on for several days until the Miss Universe webmasters corrected it due to massive email complaints from supporters of Miss Philippines.
