I JUST BOUGHT ONE,,IT PLAYS GOOD AND SOUNDS GREAT,, DOES ANYBODY OWN ONE?
AND HOW DO YOU COMPARE OR RATE TO OTHER SAXOPHONES..

我都有支T1 ,d聲唔錯 ,夠厚夠warm ,好過yamaha62 or 82z ,
仲要平過佢 !而且呢個價錢 (in tommlee)都算係咁 !

I am a beginner, I want to buy a new saxophone, my teacher said most of his students don't regret to own the Cannonball. Are there more comments for Cannonball?

Is't it true that Cannonball alto comes from Taiwan factory nowadays?

I just have experience with Cannonball soprano. It's a bit dark in tone but quite mellow taste. Easily playable. The coating is colorful and attractive also.( there's a purple one in TST Tomlee before, don't know how is she now...)

And I've heard a guy playing a big bell series with sound comparable to a Selmer. No sure if it is due to the mpc or not...

When I was beginning to learn sax, I bought YTS-62. After three month time, I sold it because I have bought Cannonball (Knight 98) Tenor since then. The reason I chose it because I feel the tone at low register such as low C, B, Bb are very full and having good projection. I still keep it even I haven't seldom play it.

Considering the price range, you wouldn't regret to buy it. However, you should check the quality before you buy.
