What is its serial number and is it original lacquer? Any dings, dents or repair? Thanks!

Serial is 186,XXX which I think dates to 1924. The lacquer is original. There are some minor dents near the base of the horn (which is normal for its age) but none I can see on body or neck. There are no repairs that I see.
