Hi,

Amongst these 3 models, I'd prefer Yanagi S991. In fact I own the Yanagi S992 and the tone quality is excellent.
Yamaha is famous for its tone accuracy. YSS 975 is also a good soprano, yet it is not value for money. HK$29K (or HK$26K after discount) is deemed too expensive.
I've reservation on Selmer's soprano, depsite I'm an owner of Selmer's alto. Donno why the tone of low C, D used to be very unstable. Is it a mechanical fault? I don't know. Probability becuase of my poor skills.....

I have a Series III sop. It works the best for me when I put the copper necks on, easy to control!!! The sterling silver neck is also very nice...I guess it could be the problem from lacquered necks...
