Bill, Hope we can get together for a hunt sometime too. I hope you have a dog you're able to hunt at Plott days up here, or maybe you'll be able to make it up to one of our smaller UKC hunts. There are a couple guys from around Nashville that come up all the time.

I really don't know what will happen to the trophy if no one wins it. I'll ask Allen Gingerich from UKC when I go back out there in a little while. Maybe they pull the face plates off of it and use it again. I think each individual breed association pays for those, so I'm assuming the ALHBA paid for it. I'll ask. I'd like to have it as a keep-sake as the 1st major event a Leopard was able to hunt it. If someone hunts or not.

Have you heard if anyone else is going to make it here to hunt? I haven't talked to anyone that was yet, but I hope they show up.

We need to get together for a hunt. Some Saturday I might run down to the store so I can look at your dogs and shoot the bull. I like looking at old dogs pics and pedigrees so I can learn all I can.

See ya, good luck with your young dog.
