Perry, Its ok. I know you have certainly been busy trying to get this whole change to happen, and answer all questions coming your way.

Yes, the individual associations do put on their own breed days. They are usually such great events. Not only does that one breed get to hunt by themselves Thur night, but with the open hunts Fri and Sat, it makes it really interesting. I had to guide 2 Purina points casts this weekend. The way I understood Allen was that UKC was going to try to help the ALCBA put on the breed days. He wasn't specific about when or anything, just that they were already thinking about it. I know its a whole new deal for you and all the officers. I think UKC is trying to see that the ALCBA gets off on the right foot with them and vice-versa. Its good that UKC wants to see the Leopard suceed as the 7th Coonhound breed.

I think the ALBA name change would be great. I see what you're saying about not trying to put off people.
