Subject: ALCBA papers

To all of you who have gotten pedigree certificates since March 1st, when Jed and I took over the ALCBA registration office...

When we finally get the pedigree certificates improved and reformatted to our satisfaction, we will redo any paperwork on permanently registered ALCBA Leopards that WE did for FREE for all those who want the improved version. I will post here and let it be known whenever we get all this done and you will just need to send your "Permanent" papers to the office and we will redo them without any charge. We will also redo others done by Steve for a small fee which we have not set as yet.

One of the problems that needs to be corrected is that we cannot print , breeder, owner and quality of registration on the papers. (This will change and all 3 will be printed and we hope real soon.)We had to choose which one of the three to have on the certificates. We chose to print the quality for several reasons. We are in the process of changing the software program, which will correct that and give us various other options which will upgrade the certificates, especially in appearance. We went ahead and issued papers even though there were several problems, mainly in appearance, rather than have you waiting for a long period of time until we had everything improved and updated. We have all the information needed recorded and will have it on the certificates and we hope real soon. The present software is inadequate and we are changing that.

We would also very much appreciate any help you can give us about mistakes in the spellings of names, incorrect numbers or whatever else needs to be corrected. We want everything to be accurate. Just let us know and it will get changed. If we issue papers to you that are incorrect in any way, we will redo those papers for free.

We very much appreciate your patience and your help. If you have questions or suggestions to improve the papers or process we would like to hear from you. Thanks to those who have been so helpful and supportive.
