Subject: Richard McDuffie

Richard is in serious condition in a hospital in Cloumbia, SC. I talked to Lynette yesterday and they had finally taken him out of ICU. He has had surgery and is in terrible pain. He has been in the hospital for a little over two weeks this time. There are several problems.
