jerry i do believe the pedigree you gave is correct.Tugs hunting style is hes going to tree that coon no matter what it takes in any kind of conditions.he will tree coons close by if there moving good. But he will also go as deep as he needs to go to get a track going. He has a cold enough nose that he usually doesnt get that far before striking.he is a quick strike dog with a bawl mouth on a cold track and a chop mouth on a hot track.he has a nice locote then switching over to a steady chop.he is not real loud but he is loud enough for me and thats what counts.most of his offspring have louder mouths than he does. Most of the breeding we have been doing with him is line bred back to our old tug.the oldest dogs out of tug are 2yrs we bought a female Rex LAker had and i think she is just out standing.we have a male from a diferent cross and he has been treeing his own coon since he was 6 months old.but he needs alot of hunting yet to get him were he needs to be.tug is the best handling dog i have ever owned if he can hear me I can usually call him in.Perry i hope i have answerd some of your questions.
