Subject: Fitness/vetverbranding

Hallo allemaal,

Ik ben nu sinds een week aan het fitnessen, elke dag 1 uur.
Ik vroeg mij af of er mensen zijn die al een tijdje bezig zijn met fitnessen en vooral bezig zijn met vetverbranding. Wat doe je, hoe lang, wat zijn de resultaten en wat eet je op een dag of volg je ook nog een dieet? Ik gebruik zelf het puntendieet, ongeveer 1400-1500 caloriën per dag.
