Subject: brooddieet

Hallo allemaal,

Ik heb in het weekend iemand horen praten over brooddieet en ze er 2,5 kilo mee af is gevallen in een week. Weet iemand iets meer over? Want ik moet (eigenlijk) snel een aantal kilo’s afvallen want mijn zus trouwt binnenkort.

Dus weet iemand hier iets van en ik weet dat het niet goed voor je is maar ik wil er toch meer over weten. Het liefst 10 kilo kwijt in een paar weken.
