hallo ik heb toch nog een paar vraagjes over het sacredhartdieet.
1. moet je die soep elke dag eten dus ook op de dag dat je alleen bananen mag en ook op de dag dat je een gepofte aardappel of op de dag dat je vlees mag eten en zo ja wanneer eet je de seop dan in de middag of avond en hoeveel mag je ervan
en het het ontbijt bestaat dat altijd uit fruit dat zijn dingen die mij niet helemaal duidelijk zijn. ik hoop hier toch wel een reactie op te krijgen omdat ik er toch wel snel mee wil beginnen sorry voor mijn lange verhaal maar deze dingen begrijp ik echt niet helemaal alvast heel erg bedankt groetjes marie
