Dieet van Dr Atkins

Mensen, mensen, mensen toch.
Als ik jullie was zou ik allemaal op water en brood gaan leven.
Als jullie echt willen afvallen zonder veel moeite te doen begin dan het dr Atkins dieet.
Je vind zijn boek in alle bibs.
Dat is een suiker en koolhydraatvrij dieet en het heeft mij heel goed geholpen.
Ik ban op 1 maand 12 kilo afgevallen en ze blijven ervan af.
op het begin is het een beetje schrikken wat je allemaal mag eten maar het halpt echt!
Als je vragen hebt laat ze maar komen!
