Subject: Ziekenhuisdieet

Leuke site, veel info.
Ben volslagen nieuw met dieten.
Wil samen met mijn vriend afvallen en het ziekenhuisdieet leek ons wel wat.
Maar beetje onduidelijk over wat op de dag gegeten mag worden.
Maandagmiddag ; maandagavond ; Betekent dit dat je wat er onder de dagen staat moet verdelen over s-middags/s-avonds, of zowel s-middags als s-avonds mag eten ?
