ja, inderdaad. het fitness-programma is ook op sbs6. Ik heb mezelf ook opgegeven, samen met mijn zus, voor het online dieet. Alleen vraag ik me af of ik er van af zal vallen. Ik eet nu gemiddeld 500kc per dag, en dat dieet is minimaal 1200 stond er. Waarschijnlijk zal ik er dus alleen maar dikker van worden. Weet jij antwoord betti?
Ik vind het eng om aan te komen, en durf dus niet meer calorieen te gaan gebruiken. Ik heb geen honger en lichamelijke klachten dus ik voel me hier goed bij, alleen mijn omgeving maakt problemen. Ze zijn bang dat ik anorexia zal krijgen. Nou ben ik hier zelf niet zo bang voor, maar ja, ik wil niet dat mijn omgeving zich zorgen gaat maken.
