Hallo irma,
zelf heb ik nu ook weer een overgewicht van 15 kilo en ik merk dat het gewoon drie x per dag eten toch het beste is op de lange termijn, ook ik heb herbalife, shake's, afslankpillen en wat niet meer gedaan en echt het komt dubbel terug. Gewoon s'morgens 2 broodjes of 4 krackers en dat ook s'middags gewoon eten s'avonds en dan fruit en yoghurt. Minder honger en alles wat je nodig hebt, net als bigdiet gaat niet zo snel maar is wel voor altijd je voedingspatroon veranderen en het gaat altijd goed sterkte en succes.
