some may say it's getting old... but did you ever stop to think it might just be... ummm, how can I say this... ummm... YOU ARE WORKING TOO MUCH !!!!! haha
I'm sure you got different reasons for each little project (and I'm sure they all seem top priority) but sometimes you gotta take baby steps on them projects... I think theres and old saying about jumping in with both feet, then wondering how deep the water is...
Good luck with all of them, and maybe take a break once in awhile. You're probably the guy that takes vacation when you need time to finish home projects...haha (did that hit home?)

You must not be getting THAT old... 4th ain't bad for an old man knockin the rust off!!!
