well tires are another story altogether... here's my opinion on tires.
since people are gonna find a way to treat them, let the track sell the "decided on" tire for each class at a reasonable rate... let them go ahead and treat all tires and put them on a rack, you come by and pick out tha tires you want and go racing... or hell, just let everybody treat them... then you don't have to police it. makes for better grip and better racibg anyway.
