 schoolmarm... try checking the points and race updates. If you knew anything about Banks you'd know that his cars are usually in the top 5 in points... and competitive every time he races (or one of his cars race)
I think he's saying he HAS used them... he doesn't use them now because it's ILLEGAL. Others are and he's ahead of some in points that ARE using them!!! how's that for competitive. Some people like to think that you don't have to cheat to be competitive.
PS what position are you in on Saturday nights???
Oh wait, the sit down, clap your hands, stomp your feet and cheer position?
