 No Katrina I do not think you would refuse to take welfare and food stamps, you probably already receive them. Remember the saying by President Kennedy; "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country".

The reason our taxes are so high now is that certain people do not take responsibility in life and wants something for nothing. They just want to live off others and keep having babies so they can get more money. Their lifestyles mean their children grow up the same way and the problem just grows and grows. I see it at school everyday.

Their idle minds with no abilities or responsibilities causes them to do drugs and commit crimes and just makes our police protection and prison cost go skyward and who pays for it. The hardworking citizens that try to do right and pay their hard earned money in more taxes.

People like this (some of them probably on this site based on the comments) just drags our society down and causes a hardship for the ones that try to do right.

I don't expect most on here to agree because they just don't get it and probably never will.
