Taking over the world absolutely suits my plans for 2013, so let us proceed. The first thing I want to do is demonstrate to the current political administration that I love my guns. I also have no intentions, ever, of killing anyone, not even a home intruder unless absolutely necessary, and since we continue to serve alcohol, allow morons to drive, and men to pummel their wives/girlfriends to the point of death, I think we have accepted, as a whole, that people are going to die and there is absolutely. nothing. anyone. can. do. about. it. I promise this will be my one and only rant this year.

I'm registering for the second year of my Masters in Classics. This year it's on the Greek Theatre. Hopefully, I'll find a permanent job and finish my NQT as well. I have a lovely supply teaching job but you don't get paid for the holidays, can't afford to pay into a pension and it's not getting me my final QTS status. Ah well, I'll keep plugging away.
