Subject: Hi Everyone!

Thank you Sandie for your kind words. Cheryl....SO happy you escaped the high winds in your area, we had our first tornado touch down yesterday north of here....scary weather clouds around here!
My second heart test is over and I couldn't be happier. THey injected me with a drug called Persantine and then some more radioactive dye. I felt horrible, face flushed, pressure in my head and felt like I could have passed out if I hadn't been lying down. I was hooked up to an ECG, blood pressure cuff and oxygen so they were monitoring me closely. The drug increases blood flow to your heart muscle (and your whole body) Then the nausea set in....ugh. But after about 15 minutes (it felt like more) they gave me an antidote drug, which reversed the effects of the Persantine. I felt better within minutes but still couldn't stand up for another 5. Went to get something to eat and drink (couldn't eat or drink anything for 4 hrs previous) and then came back for more pictures taken. Apparently they could see then, if the dye wasn't able to get through certain arteries because of blockages. I now have to wait till July for the results! That sucks....but hey, the worst is over for now!
Thanks everyone for your concern....Sandie I'm fine! xoxox
