Well Cheryl, we ended up having the turkey dinner here at our house! We figured since we already had it, and she needed the oven to bake 2 dozen cupcakes on Saturday (and wouldn't have the oven if she had the turkey in it!) then we'd take the weight off her shoulders this year. Maybe next year....but she did appreciate it. We stuffed ourselves till we didn't feel well...SO much food and apple and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. YUM! The scale is still not my friend....too many leftovers! lol I have never heard of cooking a turkey the way you do it....really interesting! I would be so afraid of burning it at that temperature! Bet it's crispy and brown on the outside:-)
