HALLOWEEN FORECAST:
From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Halloween expect very cold temps falling from the low 40s to the upper 30s, winds gusting over 30 mph, wind chills around freezing, rain showers likely and some areas will mix with wet snow. The later it gets, the more snow that will mix in. The snow should not stick to the ground.
