Enjoying this immensely! And just think, a few days ago at the Con I was asking if anyone was writing stories about Maddy and Ops.

Here's one point of clarification:

In part 3, there's a comment after Michael utters, "There's no one here but us" that refers to how he often sounds after they've made love.

Here's my question: When does this story take place? If it's right after Bauer has encountered them in "Love", they haven't had a sexual history yet. I can only presume then, that this meeting with Bauer is happening much later. My only suggestion would be to make this clearer earlier on.

Here's what works for me: The premise that Ops and Maddy had as passionate a relationship as M and N --and that they still feel it! My question as a reader now is: Will they do anything about it?

I've a feeling if I keep reading, it'll all be made quite apparent.
