But it's also the title of an episode of the 1960's spy series Danger Man (aka Secret Agent) that featured Desmond Llewelyn (Q) in a small role.

I had already chosen it as the title (due to the song), but I had done a yahoo search on it and found that that intel. Knowing that it was from an early spy show, and from reading the blurb for the ep, it helped to develop the original concept.

Now I haven't marked it as such, but chapter 79 is the 'last' chapter. (bringing together that 'title' concept)

A couple epilogue chapters are to follow. :)
