 I'm guessing it is over stock from Shaper Image. When I bought mine, it was from Shaper Image, and they opened a selling account at ebay. We buy alot of high dollor things on ebay really cheap. Hubby wanted a center channel speaker from hifi.com, and we found out they sell on ebay too. He got his speaker at 70% off on ebay.

It works great, and we sleep sooooooooooooo much better at night. It is the big one...so we move it once a day.
