Subject: Council Membership...?

There is one question that has been plaguing me though, for Necromancers and Paladins, what council would we belong to the Magery Council or the War Council, or do we have our pick on which one?

I am about even strength in Necromancy and Swordsmanship, and I like to call myself a pretend mage, but I can go either way.

Just curious :)
