Subject: Hi there, I have some questions about your guild...

Greetings,

Hi there. I was looking across the Guild Hall section of the forums of UO Stratics and I came across your guild saying that you want new members. After looking over your boards and seeing the friendly atmosphere I thought I might ask a few questions.

First of all, I'm pretty new (as far as "new" goes) to UO. My account is about a month old, maybe five weeks. The only dangerous place I've ever been to so far is the Red Solen Ant Colony near Minoc's moon gate, and that place isnt too bad with a little practice. I also haven't even been to all of the cities yet. What does all of this meandering lead to? What I am trying to get at is, does your guild accept newbie players? I hate to use the word newbie because that just turns people off but, what are you gonna do?

Your guild seems active, and that's a plus. I'm in a guild right now, the first one I've ever been in and I have only seen guild members once, the day I joined. I talked to the GM on ICQ once in awhile but he seems distant at best. And so I'm looking for an active guild to cater to my curiosities.

For your own information, let me just say little of who I am. Besides being long-winded when it comes to bulletin board posts I am a mage. I only have that one character, but he's comming along... I think. I'm not sure because I have no one to compare him to. Besides becomming a GM mage and inscriptionist what I want to do eventually is to open up a book shop where I can not only sell my wares such as scrolls and spell books, but I would also sell novels, fairytales, series', and short stories.

One last thing. Because it was only 10 dollars I play off of Lord Blackthorns Revenge. Eventually (after I saw that I liked UO) I went out and bought AoS but after I installed it the game lagged horribley, for some time. I use dial-up. So I re-installed LBR. I hope that your guild hall is not in Malas or something...
