They are all used as competiton, companion, and breeding dogs and are owned by Kai and Rio (twin brothers). There's plenty of interaction between dogs (through the kennels or the doggie playground) and humans (through training, playing, and competing). I know the place still lacks some of the places, that's being remedied quickly.
