Subject: Squires family of Quebec 1850

James Luther Squires born November 29, 1845 in Canada East. Looking for his parents. A family story is that James had been on a trip and when he returned his family home was burned, his family was gone. He migrated to America settling in Kansas. He was about 16 when he left Canada. He may have had two sisters and a brother, possibly named Charles. Thanks for any information on this family. Mary

I was wondering if you had found any information on James, as far as i can tell he is my great, great,great grandfather. I'm trying to record our family tree and have hit a dead end when it comes to him. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have been unable to find informatiion on James Squires
