Subject: Adams

I had a great-uncle David Adams (born in 1876, Sheffield, England) who emigrated to Canada at the turn of the century. I believe he ran a butchers shop. Last known address was: 10 Ross Bek, Simpson Street, Fort William Ontario. I understand that Fort William was amalgamated into the "township" of Thunder Bay. Is the current Simpson Street within Thunder Bay which joins Fort William Road the same Simpson Street? He was married to a Annie, they adopted a son, called Johnnie Lancaster, who joined the Canadian Army. I believe he survived the First World War. I would be grateful for any information or suggestions of other sources of information.
