Well, Swedish is written in Roman script, unlike Arabic, and if you know some German, you can get the general gist of the TV4 website- www.tv4.se. The TV4 schedule seems to be pretty much in Swedish at peak times, with US fare (subtitled, mercifully!) at other times.
