I'm based in West Switzerland and I get satellites at 28.2, 19.2 and 13 degrees using a fairly standard 85cm dish (a 'transparent' type) with three 0.6db ATI8 LNBs and a Panasonic TUDBS30 receiver. I have set the 28.2 position at prime focus
