You should have have had your premiums, bonus's etc included in your holiday pay. The company should have paid it years ago. Sainsbury's are, since March 03, now paying it. After pressure from unions, they agreed a secret deal. It was that secret that out of, 145,000 workers...only 2,500 managed to claim!!!
