I am using my Sky system in Switzerland and have been receiving OK signal and picture quality, however a couple of weeks ago I lost BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 from the system. I don't mean they are poor quality signal just that they have disappeared, i.e. they don't show on the channel listing anymore and my first channel number is 105. Have you ever heard of this and know what I can do rectify?

I don't appear to be missing any other channels such as 5, ITV2 and BBC3.

I didn't want to have to contact Sky due to my being abroad, hence thought I would try other routes of investigation. Any help much appreciated.
