You need both hardware and software. Its only available in proffesional systems. You could buy a Tandberg TT1260 with RAS,BISS & DVB Fixed key. http://www.tandbergtv.com/prodsys/content/productpages/tt1260.asp Thats the easy part as you only will need to part with £3000-4000... The hard part will be to get your receiver autorized or to get the valid authorization key from the BBC or whoever transmit the signal.
