From Sky Media Bullet:

06/01/04 TCM joins Sky Family Pack
Free to Air satellite viewers were in for a shock this morning as TCM was encrypted and placed into the the Sky Family Pack. Turner Broadcasting said that the encryption was due to "Commercial reasons". This means you now need to subscribe to a package costing £19.50 per month or more to recieve TCM in the future. The channel can be found on EPG 327.
