Hi again!
lyngsat is now reporting that the channels at 36E are encrypted - shame! Lew, you're right, my mate does watch UPC, via cable in Hungary and is not able to switch languages - perhaps this is just a feature of the satellite reception at 19 degress? He gets it on cable.
